Calling all Brussels Sprouts haters! This recipe just might be the one to change your mind. These BAKED BOURSIN BRUSSELS SPROUTS are garlicky, herby, and cheesy...which is basically the perfect combination for a holiday side dish. Oh, and there's bacon.

Normally I only like Brussels Sprouts if they're extra crispy, but the Boursin cheese flipped the script for me on this one. This recipe is also super easy to make, so it's a good one to bring if you're on side dish duty this holiday season.
