Elevate regular sausage bites with these HASSELBACK KIELBASA BITES WITH MUSTARD SAUCE! With only 4 ingredients, these sure do pack some flavor. The mustard and preserves combine to make a sauce that compliments the kielbasa so well! The hardest part is not eating them all, so make sure to save to dish out later!

INGREDIENTS
2 (12oz) Kielbasa sausage rings (I use Teton Waters Ranch)
4 Tbsp Dijon mustard, divided
4 Tbsp raspberry preserves, divided
Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
HOW TO MAKE
-Preheat oven to 425 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
-Remove each kielbasa from wrapper and cut in half.
-Slice each kielbasa into 1/4 inch pieces and only 3/4 of the way down. Do not cut completely through.
-Slice into 1-inch pieces, or 3 rings per piece.
-Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
-In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp mustard and 2 Tbsp preserves. Stir to mix thoroughly.
-In a separate small bowl, combine the remaining 2 Tbsp mustard and 2 Tbsp preserves. Stir to mix thoroughly.
-Spoon or brush the mustard sauce over each kielbasa piece. Make sure to get sauce between each slice.
-Bake for 18-20 minutes, until they are browned.
-Remove from oven, and garnish with parsley.
-Serve with second bowl of mustard sauce.
