Creamy Boursin Chicken Bake

Don’t feel like cooking? Make this one pan, gluten-free CREAMY BOURSIN CHICKEN BAKE! Just toss chicken, Boursin cheese, and a few pantry staples in a dish, bake, and done! Garlicky, creamy, and effortless.

INGREDIENTS
4 thin-cut chicken breasts
1 pkg Boursin cheese
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp salt, more to taste
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper, more to taste
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups fresh spinach
1 pkg Palmini angel hair
HOW TO MAKE
-Preheat oven to 400.
-Place chicken breasts in the corners of a 9x13 casserole dish.
-Place Boursin cheese in the middle of the dish.
-Place tomatoes in the dish around the chicken and cheese.
-Drizzle olive oil evenly over dish.
-Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning evenly over dish.
-Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
-Using two forks, shred the chicken.
-Stir in spinach and Palmini, and gently burst tomatoes.
-Make sure everything is mixed thoroughly.
-Serve immediately and enjoy!
