SUNDAY SWAP!
Strawberry Nice Cream
Strawberry Ice Cream ➡ Strawberry Nice Cream
I scream, you scream, we all scream for Nice Cream! Truth be told, I’m more of a savory person than sweets person, but I love me some ice cream. However, I don’t love all the dairy and sugar in it, so I wanted to find an alternative. This one hits the spot, can be made in all kinds of flavors, and will have you going back for more!

INGREDIENTS
4 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen overnight
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup dairy-free almond milk (I use @malkorganics)
3 Tbsp coconut cream (solid white part from can, I use @thrivemarket)
2 Tbsp honey (I use @naturenates)
HOW TO MAKE
-Peel bananas and slice into coins about 1/4 inch thick.
-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lay banana slices in a single layer.
-Freeze overnight.
-The next day, put all ingredients into a food processor (fitted with “S” blade), and mix until you get an ice cream-like consistency.
-For soft serve, eat immediately.
-For a harder ice cream, put in freezer safe glass container, and freeze for 2 hours before eating.
PRO TIP: If you freeze overnight, it will be very hard and not like ice cream. Let it thaw out on the counter for a while to get the ice cream-like consistency back (could take up to an hour or so).
