The no-fuss appetizer that you’ll make year after year! These gluten-free CRANBERRY BAKED BRIE BITES are so good, so gorgeous, and will make any holiday table more festive.
Even though the puff pastry is gluten-free, it's so easy to work with. Puff pastry is usually found in the freezer section, so make sure to thaw it overnight in the refrigerator the day before. This recipe also calls for cranberry sauce, so I've linked my super simple homemade recipe in the ingredients list below.
These are a crowd-pleaser, so get resdy for them to disappear fast!

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet gluten-free puff pastry, thawed overnight in the refrigerator
3 slices prosciutto
4 oz brie, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup homemade cranberry sauce
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
HOW TO MAKE
-Preheat oven to 400.
-Roll out puff pastry, and cut into 12 equal squares.
-Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
-Add prosciutto slices in a single layer, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Set aside. Prosciutto will crisp as it cools.
-Place puff pastry squares into muffin tin and press to make a cup.
-Place a cube of brie in the center of each cup.
-Top each piece of brie with 1 tsp of cranberry sauce.
-Break crisped prosciutto into small pieces, and sprinkle evenly into the 12 cups.
-Sprinkle 1/4 tsp rosemary on top of each cup.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes, until puff pastry is puffed, golden, and cheese begins to melt.
-Transfer to a serving dish, and serve either warm or at room temperature.
